Forest Hills Care Center Code of Conduct Statement

Forest Hills Care Center is dedicated to conducting its operations in full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and directives. We recognize that fulfilling this commitment relies on the professionalism and dedication of our highly skilled caregivers, support staff, and volunteers. These individuals earn the trust and respect of patients, families, and the broader community by conducting their daily activities with honesty, integrity, and adherence to both the letter and spirit of all applicable laws. While each individual is ultimately accountable for their own actions, Forest Hills Care Center strives to maintain a working environment that upholds these principles and allows employees, volunteers, contractors, and physicians to exemplify the highest ethical standards in their roles.

A clear demonstration of this commitment is our Code of Conduct, which applies to all individuals associated with Forest Hills Care Center, including shareholders, officers, directors, employees, and independent contractors providing services at the facility. The Code of Conduct serves as a general framework to help staff members understand and embody the values and standards by which Forest Hills Care Center operates. While it cannot address every situation that may arise in our diverse activities or replace the need for common sense, personal judgment, or individual integrity, it is the responsibility of every staff member to uphold, without exception, the principles outlined within.

Additionally, Forest Hills Care Center maintains a strict policy prohibiting any form of retaliation against staff members who, in good faith, report actual or potential violations of laws, regulations, or the Code of Conduct.
