The newly designed Forest Hills Care Center provides an environment conducive to rehabilitation and recovery. Resident rooms are attractively appointed and available as private or semi-private accommodations, all with private bath and cable television.

We recognize that nursing home placement can be difficult for families, so our admissions department accepts residents 7 days-a-week, 24 hours-a-day, to accommodate your needs and enhance the transition process.
